At Simply Created, all sales are final. Due to the nature of our handmade and custom products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the situation and work with you to resolve it.

Shipping Issues
Simply Created is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed once they have been shipped and are in the possession of the shipping carrier. If you experience a delivery issue, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly.
