Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Because many of our products are handmade or custom, processing times may vary slightly during busy periods, holidays, or large sales.

Shipping Time
Once your order has been shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
After your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Simply Created is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Simply Created is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.

Order Issues
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can assist you. Once your order is dropped off at post office.I am not responsible for shipping carriers mistakes.
